Telangana Chief Minister KCR is one man who knows when to speak, what to speak, and where to speak. Despite his close relations with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, KCR has never backed down when it came to supporting and standing for his own state.
A situation very similar to that has now taken place in the Telangana Assembly. KCR has said that Andhra Pradesh has taken a u-turn, especially with respect to the real estate prices. Back when Amaravati was announced to be the sole, international standard Capital of AP, the land prices in AP sky rocketed. The value of a four-acre land in Telangana equalled the value of an acre of land in AP. This is what KCR said in the assembly.
Furthermore, KCR said that the situation is now reverse, with the value of four acres of land in AP equalling the value of a single acre of land in Telangana. He attributed this change in circumstances to the planning and development that the TRS government has been doing in the state of Telangana.
While things might seem to the point and transparent, in KCR’s words, political analysts say that there’s a lot more depth and meaning to it. It is being said that KCR is taking a dig at Jagan and his administration, which is failing miserably in AP. It is no secret that the Jagan government is neck deep in debts, and that no financial organisation is going forward to help the state out.
