As per reports, the Queen actress has filed a criminal revision application, challenging the order passed by the Magistrate, under which she was summoned to court. She alleges that the court summoned her without obeying the Criminal Procedure Code. She has also challenged for cancelling the bailable warrant issued by the Magistrate.
For people unversed, Akhtar had lodged a complaint against the actress for her derogatory statements made against him in an interview, which was aired by Republic TV.
