Universal hero Kamal Haasan’s latest outing ‘Vikram’ is refusing to slow down at the box office. Directed by Lokesh Kangaraj, the action drama film continues to mint money worldwide and now it achieved a rare feat in terms of collections.
As per reports, Vikram has crossed Rs. 400 crores worldwide on the twenty-third day of release. Apparently, the movie made Rs. 284 crores from India and the Rs 120 crores ($15.35 million) are the collections recorded in overseas.
The Lokesh Kangaraj directorial is the only second Tamil film ever to hit Rs. 400 crores.
Besides playing the lead role, Kamal Haasan has bankrolled Vikram under his banner Raaj Kamal Films International. The movie also starred Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil in lead roles while Suriya is seen in a cameo role. Music director Anirudh Ravichander, cinematographer Girish Gangadharan and editor Philomin Raj are part of the technical crew.
