Ever since Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s uncle YS Vivekananda Reddy was murdered at his residence in Pulivendula ahead of the 2019 elections, there have been several reports linking Jagan to the murder. Of course, there has been no evidence against these reports.
Now, with Andhrajyothi recently publishing an article stating that Jagan had told three members of the YSRCP that his uncle had died of heart attack on the day of Viveka’s passing, several interesting developments are taking place. The three members are Duvvuri Krishna, Ajeya Kallam, and Ummareddy Venkateswarlu, who were at Jagan’s Tadepalli residence at around 4 AM that morning, to discuss the party’s strategy for the upcoming elections.
It is to be noted that Avinash Reddy, the son of YS Jagan’s other uncle, is the prime suspect in the murder, and the CBI has already ascertained that there were a few phone calls exchanged between Avinash and YS Bharati’s PA, who is Jagan’s current OSD, Krishna Mohan Reddy, on the day of the murder. With this, it is now being said that Jagan and his wife may also be probed by the CBI in the case. If that turns out to be true, then it would be a major event in Andhra Pradesh politics.
