It is not easy to create a magic on screen and it is even more difficult to re-create that magic. It is known that yesteryear Tamil block buster 96′ is remade in Telugu with the title Jaanu.
Sharwanand is reprising the role of Vijay Sethupathi and Samantha replaces Trisha in the film. The movie’s teaser released a while ago and the magic can be seen everywhere in the teaser.
Be it the artists’s performances, the framing, back ground music, visual richness, Jaanu teaser has set the right expectations on the film.
The opening shot of the teaser is just stunning. Makers have made sure that the teaser be filled with all kinds of emotions, lead pair’s school level love story, their re-union, emotions, smiles.. what not.
Produced by Dil Raju, Jaanu is directed by Prem Kumar who directed the original. The movie’s shooting has been completed a long back but the release was held back citing proper release date. Now, plans are on for a February release.
Jaanu is all about the story of two lovers who couldn’t make it the next level because of the circumstances and how things change when their class mates planned a re-union.
