Among the numerous reasons, that led to the defeat of TDP in the recent elections, even the party chief Chandrababu Naidu’s negligence is also one. It is equally important to balance the time for both the party and also the government.
Telangana Chief Minister KCR, after electing to power for the second time, has handed over the party to KTR, making him as a working president and thus the dynamic CM completely concentrated on his ruling. He faced the Lok Sabha elections, keeping the party’s burden on KTR itself.
Identifying it, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is now planning to walk in the footsteps of KCR, by handing over the party’s responsibilities to his sister Sharmila.

In the last assembly elections, Sharmila was able to draw decent crowds for her public meetings and delivered some impactful speeches. She also took care of YSRCP, when Jagan was in jail in the past. So, considering such leadership qualities, the young CM is keen to make her as the working president of YSRCP. The official announcement is expected to be out shortly.
