In-Talk: Vijayashanthi’s reason for not having kids

For almost 13 years, Vijayashanthi was out of the film industry and all of a sudden, she is set to entertain audience in Sarileru Neekevvaru. It is known that Vijayashanthi has no kids and the lady superstar revealed the reason for her decision of not having kids.

Vijayashanthi has a dream of becoming a top politician like Jayalalitha and Indira Gandhi. To make it happen, Vijayashanthi felt that her thinking should be more focused on “We” rather than “I”. This lady Amithab Bachan felt that if she has kids, the levels of selfishness will raise and it will destroy her ambition of being a good politician and doing justice to the people.

To avoid such a direction of thought, Vijayashanthi and her husband Srinivas Prasad decided to forgo parenthood. As of now, Vijayashanthi mentioned that her first priority is politics and she will be doing films rarely depending on the role.
