Former CBI Joint Director VV Lakshmi Narayana is regarded as one of the highly rated intellectuals in Andhra Pradesh politics and he has now made an interesting assessment of Hyderabad being the joint capital of AP and Telangana.
JD stated that he feels Hyderabad must continue as the joint capital for another 10 years as AP doesn’t have a capital of its own.
Hyderabad to be common capital for States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for a period not exceeding 10 yrs; But as AP could not get a capital ,now the President of India shall consider issuance of an ordinance extending the period by another 10 years, JD tweeted and this hot political take has become a talking point already. This is highly impractical and hard to conceive but the fact that an intellectual like JD started this commotion has led to a discussion.
