The minute Etala Rajendar was dismissed as the Health Minister, and after he was dismissed as the MP of Huzurabad, the responsibility to look after the political affairs of the Huzurabad constituency was handed over to Minister Gangula Kamalakar. However, Chief Minister KCR is said to not have been satisfied with the way Kamalakar has been handling the situation, and how Kamalakar has not been able to stop Etala from reaching out to the people of Huzurabad.
Finance Minister Harish Rao was then given the responsibility to look after the affairs of the Huzurabad constituency by the CM and to get in touch with the people of that constituency as well. CM KCR is also said to have given Harish the responsibility to make sure that no local TRS leaders would side with Etala, and that they would continue to be loyal to TRS.
Now, CM KCR has given this responsibility to MP Vinod Kumar as well, alongside Harish Rao. These both will now take care of the Huzurabad constituency and make sure that every local TRS leader remains loyal to TRS. On the other hand, these both are also said to try and isolate Etala from interacting with the people of the constituency.
Harish and Vinod are also expected to tour Huzurabad after the lockdown, and prepare TRS members for the upcoming by-polls for the Huzurabad, and make sure that the TRS party is favoured by the people, over Etala.
