The ‘power glance’ of Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film Hari Hara Veera Mallu, which was released on the 2nd of September, on the occasion of the actor’s birthday, has created quite the storm on YouTube. The video has been watched by millions of users across the country, with the movie set to get a pan-Indian release. Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, the movie features Niddhi Agerwal as the leading lady, marking her first collaboration with Pawan.
The teaser managed to get in 10+ million views on YouTube, across all languages. Pawan plays the titular character in Hari Hara Veera Mallu, in which he will be seen as a bandit who steals from the rich and gives it to the poor, in a character arc resembling that of Robin Hood. The glimpse showed Pawan in an out-and-out powerful avatar, and the sets were visibly very grand, setting the audience up for a wonderful ride.
Given that this would be the first time that audiences would get to see Pawan do a periodic film, the hype surrounding the film is massive. Produced by A Dayakar Rao under Mega Surya productions, with AM Rathnam serving as the presenter, 50% shooting of the film is done, and the remaining shooting is expected to be completed once Pawan is done with his political commitments. The release date of the film is yet to be finalised.
