We know popular director Sekhar Kammula has joined hands with actor Dhanush for a multi-lingual film, which will be made with a massive budget. The movie is being bankrolled by Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP, which is a unit of the Asian Group of Cinemas. It is going to be released in three languages, including Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi.
The director, interacting with media in Hyderabad on Monday, said that his film with Dhanush is going to be a thriller. “For the first time, I am doing a multilingual film. People will come to big screens here in Telugu and Dhanush’s image will get them in Tamil Nadu,” he said.
Sekhar Kammula said that story has the potential to impress Hindi audiences too. He believes that Dhanush’s market there could help to attract more footfalls in Hindi. The multilingual film will go on floors in early 2022.
Meanwhile, director Sekhar Kammula is busy promoting his upcoming movie Love Story, which is slated for release on September 24. The movie Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi in the lead roles.
