Dhanush is one of the popular actors in India. The star actor had bought a new land at Poes Garden, Chennai, in February 2021. He performed bhoomi puja for his new house with his wife Aishwarya in the presence of father-in-law superstar Rajinikanth.
Now, the latest update is that Dhanush is reportedly spending a whopping Rs 150 crore on its construction. As per reports, the new house is being built up in approximately 19000 sq ft area and it’ll be a four-storey building.
The dream house of the actor is in the same luxury locality where Rajinikanth has been living for over three decades now. The area is the residence of many celebrities in Chennai, including the late Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, J Jayalalithaa.
On the work front, Dhanush is presently in the US shooting for his upcoming Netflix film The Gray Man. He will soon begin work on an upcoming trilingual project with Sekhar Kammula. The project will go on the floors in August.
