The pre release event of Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming film, Custody, which is set to be released on 12th May, took place in Hyderabad tonight, for which the entire cast and crew of the film was present. Custody is directed by Tamil director Venkat Prabhu, and features Krithi Shetty as the leading lady of the film. Priyamani and Aravind Swamy will be seen in key roles in the film.
Talking about the film, Priyamani said that she’s very happy and fortunate to have gotten the opportunity to have done a role like this. She thanked everyone and expressed confidence in the film doing well at the box office. The director also said that he’s very confident that the film will appeal to the audiences. Krithi Shetty said that she’d been given the chance to do something new in the movie, and that she has a good scope in the story, which she said she hopes the audience will like.
Naga Chaitanya said that the audience will see a new him in the movie, and thanked Venkat Prabhu for making the movie with him. He said that he had hugged the director at the time of the narration itself, for how wonderful the film is, and said that the director made the film exactly the way he promised to. Naga Chaitanya also said that the background score, provided by Ilayaraja and Yuvan Shankar Raja, is going to be the major highlight of the film.
