In this view, Tollywood film sets of Pawan Kalyan and director Krish’s upcoming projects have been damaged and intermittently halted incurring massive losses
While it has been no exception to a Nandamuri hero as well. Reportedly, Kalyan Ram was prepping up for a forthcoming period fantasy titled ‘Thuglak’ set in the 13th century backdrop.
Prior to the pandemic, the director of the film, Venu Malladi erected a set in Ramoji Film City. The makers were also deciding upon Rakul Preet or Catherine to rope in the female lead role.
But no sooner owing to the ugly turn of events, the set which is a mammoth worth of 2 cr has been damaged. Also 1 week shooting has been done before lockdown in February.
Grape vine from the industry now shares that the crew hasn’t visited for approximately 5-6 months and it is apparently no more in a good condition to shoot.
Kalyan Ram who plays the lead role had also taken a great risk and invested as a producer close to 20 crores and was eyeing to make a great come back with this film. But now it seem that his dream has been shattered and ended in a damp squib. Let’s hope that they recover the losses soon!
