The support for the recently released ‘The Kashmir Files’ movie is getting stronger with each passing day and Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself is speaking high of the movie.
PM Modi on Tuesday appreciated ‘The Kashmir Files’ and said more movies like this need to be made so that everyone can know the truth.
Addessing BJP parliamentary party meeting before the start of day’s proceedings in the houses, Modi spoke about the role of the film industry in presenting history.
“People who always raise flag of freedom of expression are restless. Instead of reviewing on facts, campaign being run to discredit it..,” PM Modi said while mentioning about the movie The Kashmir Files’.
“The film has shown the truth which has been suppressed for years. Those who have problem with what is being shown in the movie should come out with their own version of the facts,” the Prime Minister added.
He also expressed that authentic movies should be made on numerous topics such as the 1975 Emergency or the Partition.
