Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur starrer Sita Ramam, which was released in theatres on August 5, has emerged as a massive hit at the box office. It has also received critical acclaim, with critics praising the performances.
Megastar Chiranjeevi has now praised the biggie. He took to Twitter to give a shout-out to Sita Ramam, which marks Dulquer’s second Telugu film after Mahanati (2018).
“I watched Sitaram. I especially liked the way this love story was unfolded with a very different screenplay. To Ashwini Dutt, Swapna Dutt, Priyanka Dutt, who made such a film with such high values, and to director Hanu Raghavapudi, who made a film with passion, I offer my best wishes,” Chiranjeevi tweeted.
“My best wishes to Vishal Chandra Shekhar, who gave the timeless music, Mrunal Thakur and Dulquer Salmaan, who gave life to the love story as Sita and Ram, Rashmika Mandanna, who played a key role and the entire team. I sincerely wish that this film, which has captured the hearts of the audience, wins many more awards and rewards at the national level,” he added.
Sita Ramam, which is a romantic drama set in the 1960s, also starred Gautham Vasudev Menon, Sumanth, Prakash Raj, and Bhumika Chawla, among others.
