After Union Home Minister Amit Shah met Jr NTR during his Hyderabad visit last week, the Bharatiya Janatha Party’s president meeting another Telugu hero today caught the attention of both film and political circles.
BJP Chief JP Nadda today met Telugu actor Nithiin in Novotel hotel at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Shamshabad, Hyderabad. It is worthy to mention that Mr Nadda had also met former Indian Cricket Team captain Mithali Raj at the same hotel earlier in the day.
Sharing pictures from the meeting with Nithiin on his Twitter handle, the BJP President wrote, “Was a joy to meet the famed Telugu actor, @actor_nithiin in Telangana today. We had a pleasant interaction that spanned over different political, social & cultural issues. He also told me about his upcoming movies, for which I extended my best wishes to him.”
In reply to this post, Nithiin wrote, “Thank you so much for the kind words sir. It was great conversing with you and sharing insights on various topics. Wishing you the best of everything ahead sir and sending you my warmest regards..”
It appears like the top leaders of the BJP are now focusing more on Telugu states as they are meeting the popular celebrities here and discussing the current political situations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
