Former MLA of Denduluru, Chinthamaneni Prabhakar, who was arrested on various cases in the past, has been released from jail today.
Chinthamaneni had been in the jail, for the past 66 days. The Eluru court has granted him bail today, on a total of 18 cases lodged against him. TDP activists and Chinthamaneni followers have planned the celebrations in a grand manner. But the AP police denied to give permission for any such celebrations. Severe restrictions have been imposed outside the district jail.
SC, ST atrocity case has been filed against Chinthamaneni in September, due to which he went absconded for a few days. Finally, he was nabbed by the police, when he visited his residence, after his wife fell ill.

Chinthamaneni is one among the many TDP leaders who faced troubles after YSRCP formed government in the state. There are serious allegations against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy that he is intentionally targeting the opposition party leaders. Powerful leaders like JC Diwakar Reddy too are facing the heat of the state government. It should be seen, where and when the situation finds a conclusion.
