Kalvakuntla Kavitha, the younger daughter of BRS president KCR has been arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in the Delhi Liquor scam case.
The ED officials have reportedly seized the phones that belong to Kavitha at her residence. Once her statement is recorded, she will be taken to Delhi by the ED sleuths for further investigation on the Delhi Liquor case.
Kavitha’s arrest comes at a time when the BRS is preparing for the coming Lok Sabha elections which are just a few weeks from now.
Two mobile phones that belong to Kavitha have been seized by the ED and they will play a crucial role in the coming investigation which is to happen in the next few weeks.
Kavitha has been vocal against the BJP government and moved the supreme court against the ED action against her. But before the court judgement came out, she was arrested by ED.
