Superstar Rajinikanth’s latest theatrical outing, Jailer has opened in theaters now and the film has started on a good note at the box office.
As per the latest reports, the film had a rock solid run at the ticket counters in its first two days.
It slowed down yesterday due to Bholaa Shankar’s release and has now picked the momentum again with decent crowds being amassed at the theaters screening the Rajini starrer.
The film is on course to emerge as a hit for Rajini after a long time and the opening weekend numbers are going to be huge for the film. Despite the shortcomings in overall narrative front, the film is banking on Rajini and some exemplary work from the music director Anirudh.
Jailer is set to emerge as the highest grossing Tamil film of the year and if it has a good second weekend, then this feat is to be attained for certain.
