The one reason Janasena was not able to show any impact in the recent elections, due to its alleged ties with the TDP. It is widely rumored that both the parties had a secret pact and unfortunately, most of the public believed it.
This created such a situation, where the voters who are in favor of Janasena also stayed away from voting it, as they felt their vote may TDP. So the people are left with the only choice, which is YSRCP and that is the reason for the party to witness a historical victory in both assembly and Lok Sabha elections.
Now the TDP which faced a humiliating defeat with only 23 assembly seats and 3 Lok Sabha seats in hand, is facing jolts from the YSRCP government in the state and BJP government from the Centre.
Especially, the BJP is inducting the TDP leaders into its party, by wooing them with crazy offers. While three Rajya Sabha MPs have already shifted to the Lotus party, many others are waiting for a proper time to jump into the national party.

In this situation, TDP which has decades of experience in politics, may even have to face the threat of losing the opposition position. If at all TDP loses it, as BJP has no strong leader in the party and adding to it, the Andhrites are also against it for rejecting special status, the only option for the state will be Janasena.
If at all, Pawan Kalyan manages to convince the public that he is very much against TDP, he has every chance to make it big in the state.
Unlike Naidu or Jagan who has multiple cases against them, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has no way to target Pawan Kalyan, as there are no such cases against the actor turned politician.
As a few of the leaders like Vangaveeti Radha are showing interest towards Janasena, if more such senior leaders walk towards the party, then Pawan’s party has every chance to emerge as a main opposition party in Andhra Pradesh and also be a strong competitor to YSRCP by 2024 elections.
