Amazon Prime Music today proclaimed its partnership with music company Sony Music and Knack Studios for Hyderabad Gig. It’s a creative new musical entertainment for Telugu music listeners to groove to the original Telugu Pop music.
Refreshing new music composed by renowned music composers from Tollywood will be releasing their non-film, Telugu pop compositions for Season 1 of Hyderabad Gig episode wise. The first look of Season 1 was revealed on July 3 and the episodes touted to be broad ranging, will commence streaming from July 9th. Amazon prime music planned to release the first song titled ‘Chilipi’ composed by Gopi Sundar. This innovative intiative is anticipated to push the envelope in the Telugu music scenario by introducing enriching pop music, which is one of its kind.
All Hyderabad Gig songs will exclusively stream on Amazon Prime Music for Prime members that brings an ad-free and voice enabled listening experience.
Hyderabad Gig will release Telugu pop music that includes music directors like Gopi Sundar, Justin Prabhakaran, Ghibran, Vivek Sagar Prashanth Vihari, Sri Charan Pakala among others. All the music composers would be prepping up for Season 1 in which six audio songs and six live performance videos will be released. The season will make audio available for seven days along with intriguing short behind-the-scenes clippings.
Sahas Malhotra, Director of Amazon Prime Music, said that knack studios is keen to present a fresh, internationally appealing original Telugu pop music. He stated that Sony music and knack studios would undoubtedly fit the bill to collaborate and introduce this new musical experience to Telugu music lovers.
