If the latest developments are to go by, Allu Arjun might be taking Icon onto the floors soon after he is done with Pushpa Part 1 – The Rise. He is already taking part in Icon script discussions and this pretty much confirms that he is indeed planning on slotting this project right in between the Pushpa duology.
As per reports, Allu Arjun and Venu Sriram are taking part in Icon script discussions now. The duo is working on locking the final draft.
The fundamental aspects and the core plot is locked already, but a few minor tweaks are being made to the script now, with the sensibilities of pan-India audiences in mind.
Allu Arjun wants to follow up Pushpa Part 1 with a proper pan-India film and hence his efforts to make sure Icon caters to all quarters.
It is heard that Icon script accommodates two actresses. Rumors are rife that the makers are in talks with Rashmika Mandanna and Pooja Hegde for the two female lead roles.
