The Congress Party in Andhra Pradesh is a closed chapter. The party has been formally existed over the last 10 years but in Telangana, they have some mileage. Of course, they don’t have enough prowess to go against a dynamic leader like KCR, the Chief Minister of Telangana but they cover very good ground in Telangana in bits and pieces.
On Friday, the Telangana Congress unveiled its Vision 2023 to come to power in Telangana. From their words in this meeting, we can tell how dominant KCR has been over a period of time.
