Both the Chief Ministers of Telugu states- YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and KCR have decided to resolve the reorganization issues jointly. Vice-president Venkaiah Naidu has responded to the decision of the duo.
Since Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have been bifurcated as two separate states, there were several issues that troubled the government. As there was no coordination between TDP and TRS government, the issues were never attempted to resolve.
Finally, as YSRCP government is maintaining good relations with TRS, the CMs of both the states are getting ready to sort out the issues, without the need for the involvement of the Central government.
On the oath taking ceremony of Jagan as CM of AP, KCR announced publicly that he would cooperate with YSRCP government, for the growth of the Telugu states in common.
Even when the duo met at Governor’s Iftar dinner in Hyderabad, they discussed about the same. In this regard, upon the request of TS CM, Jagan has agreed to hand over unused portions of Secretariat buildings that were allotted to AP in Hyderabad. Several such cooperations between the CMs of both the states, are expected to happen in the coming days.
Venkaiah Naidu who has been appealing to the heads of the Telugu states, for having such coordination, is finally satisfied with KCR and Jagan and appreciated the duo in this regard.
