- Weddings – High risk: Weddings involve people coming from different places and the it is almost impossible to think of social distancing in a wedding event. One can’t stand 6 feet apart from the wedding couple for a photo. So, experts consider this activity to be a high risk one. More risk for the wedding couple.
- Indoor Religious events – Medium to High risk: As per the experts opinion, there is a high chance of the spread of Virus in case of indoor events. Indoor Religious events which includes mass gathering of people is considered to be a medium to high risk
- Beach – Low risk: Summers are turning to be too hot in India and people living in the coastal regions might consider a visit to the beach in the evenings. Unless beaches gets crowded, beaches are considered to be a relatively low risk ones.
- Malls – Medium risk: Shopping in malls with less crowd can be considered as a low risk but the usage of public restrooms in the mall is considered to be a medium risk one unless the mall administration maintains the restrooms in a sanitized way for every hour or so.
- Hair cut – Medium to High risk: Breathing and close contact for few minutes is considered to be the main mode of transmission for Covid-19 and hair cut is considered to be a medium to high risk one, due to this factor. With the increase in crowd, experts are raising the risk factor here.
- Exercising/Gym – risk varies: Exercising in outdoor environment reduces the risk while an indoor Gym is considered to be medium to high risk, depending on the crowd and the practices. If proper sanitation is being followed by the gym, the risk comes down to medium.
