Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi asked the citizens to undergo LockDown for three starlight weeks to protect themselves and the others from the Covid-19 outbreak.
Yet many people are violating the terms in this lockdown and are being beaten by the Police. The Police also talking with their Lathis without any gender bias. Some sections of people are deeply disappointed with the lockdown and are frustrated upon the government for not taking proper precautionary measures to prevent the Corona outbreak in India.
On the other side the government promised people that if they cooperate with them by staying at home for 21 days, they can pull out all the Covid-19 positives by April 14th. Now it seems a much difficult process to bid goodbye to Corona in our country within 3 weeks.
At this moment at least 100 new cases are being reported daily and some of them have no foreign history whatsoever. This is a very alarming and worrying sign for the officials despite implementing the lockdown strictly.
Evenif we look at the welfare schemes announced by the central government, all of them are able to facilitate and compensate for the loss of the public for three months. So, we can understand that there is a much larger threat waiting for us and we may stay indoors for at least 3 months.
