A theft case has been registered against a person, for allegedly stealing a TV from a house owned by Indian cricketer MS Dhoni in Noida. Reportedly, the house has been rented to Vikram Singh.
Speaking about the issue, the police said, “There were three packed LCD TVs in the house and one of them was stolen on Sunday. Singh, who has taken the property on rent, informed us about the missing LCD television. They gave us the application and we have now registered an FIR in the matter.”
The police added that the case has nothing to do with Dhoni, as it was given on rent to Singh. The theft took place in Sector 104 and after it, Singh had registered a complaint on Tuesday evening. The complaint was just oral and not written.
“Singh told us that a helper has been missing since the theft has taken place. We are looking for him and soon he will be arrested. There was renovation work going on, so one of the people who were working there must have stolen the TV,” the police said.
