Akkineni lad Akhil’s fourth film tentatively called Akhil 4 shoot is progressing at a brisk pace and the industry grapevine is that the actor will be seen in a never-seen-before role.
Dusky beauty Pooja Hegde has been signed opposite Akhil Akkineni for this upcoming Telugu romantic comedy, which is being directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar and jointly produced by Bunny Vas and Allu Aravind under GA2 Pictures banner.
And here comes a surprise addition to the crazy project. If the rumors in the tinsel town are to be believed, actress Samantha will be playing a special cameo in this movie.
“It is just like a special role and it has very less time on-screen” reliable sources report. Although an official announcement has not been made yet, the fans are already excited to hear this news.
The story of this film is expected to be a romantic saga between the two leading stars. Popular Indian cinematographer V Manikandan, who made his Tollywood debut with Agnyaathavaasi, has been chosen for this flick. Gopi Sunder will take care of the music.
