2018 hasn’t been kind to Akkineni Naga Chaitanya as he faced back to back flops with Savyasachi and Sailaja Reddy Alludu. Both the movies have released after decent expectations but the films haven’t lived up to the expectations.
However, 2019 is the year, Naga Chaitanya will cherish for a long time. There are a couple of reasons for that. It is for the first time in 2019 that Naga Chaitanya has acted with Samantha post marriage.
Majili which has Chay and Sam playing the roles of husband and wife has been received very well by the audiences. Majili has ended up as a big blockbuster. We can term it as a bounce back from the Akkineni Lad.
Recently, Naga Chaitanya’s second film of the year, Venky Mama released with decent talk. The film though has faced tough competition at the box office in its second week has fared well so far.
Venky Mama is on the verge to become a successful film soon. With two successful films in the year, 2019 has been certainly memorable for him.
2020 is going to be an eventful for the hero. He is currently playing the lead role in the movie titled Love Story in the direction of Sekhar Kammula.
Apart from this, he has also agreed to play a lead role in Parasuram’s direction whose last film Geetha Govindam is a blockbuster.
