Talented director Maruthi carved a niche for himself and became a torchbearer to the trend of low-cost film making and effective marketing with guaranteed results.
He is currently busy wrapping up the post-production work of Prathi Roju Pandage, which is set to release on December 20th.
Maruthi reportedly signed his next film, which will be a launchpad for ace producer DVV Danayya’s son. It is heard that the producer Danayya, who has been trying to launch his son as a hero from the last two years, has finally roped in Maruthi to direct the film.
A source close to Dannaya revealed that Maruthi has been reportedly offered Rs. 6 Cr remuneration, which is a too high paycheck, for launching his son.
It is also learned that Danayya is going to spend a bomb on the film to launch his son in a big way. This film will start rolling in mid-2020.
