It was widely rumored that RRR is not going to catch up the pre-fixed release date and may not enter into the theaters until the end of the next year.
After the humongous success of Baahubali across the world, Rajamouli has acquired a huge craze for his films. So the maverick director is betting big on ‘RRR’ and also took it as a prestigious one. The makers already announced that they would release the film on July 30th 2020. But as Rajamouli is known for delaying the release and even several halts were witnessed for the shoot, many anticipated that the film may not hit as per the scheduled date.
Adding to it, even Chiranjeevi’s film with Koratala Siva has been announced to release on August 14th next year, which further strengthened the rumor. But within hours after the announcement of Mega Star’s movie release date, RRR makers have now announced that they had completed 70% of the film shoot, hinting that the film is going to release on the planned date itself. They also clarified that the details about the heroine beside Jr NTR will be announced tomorrow.

The official Twitter handle of RRR posted, “It’s been a phenomenal year since the shoot of #RRR began! It was a productive year with 70% of shoot completed. Also putting an end to speculations, we’re glad to announce the lead actress for @tarak9999 & antagonists of the film tomorrow. Stay tuned.”
The official title of #RRR is going to be announced on January 1st 2020, on the occasion of the new year. This is indeed a good news for both Nandamuri and mega fans, who had been worrying about the RRR release since long.
