As the fight between TSRTC and Telangana government is not finding any solution since long, the High Court has now come up with a fresh plan to end all the disturbances between the duo.
The TS High Court said that it is going to set up a three-member panel to end the deadlock between TSRTC and the TRS government. Three retired judges of the Supreme Court will be part of the committee and settle the issue. While all these days, the court has been asking the state government to hold talks with the TSRTC employees, now it can order the government to appear before the committee and participate in the arbitration proceedings.

Reportedly, the High Court took the decision under Section 10A of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, and said that it was a ‘last resort’. It is of the hope that a right justice would come out within a week.
The TSRTC employees have been holding the strike for the past 40 days, by not attending the duties. This has been the longest protest till date, in the Telugu state. Hope the move of the High Court would turn fruitful and thus the bus services in the state would resume soon.
