Pushpa 2 is one of the keenly awaited pan-Indian films in the making in Indian cinema and the stakes are really high on this Allu Arjun starrer which is being helmed by Sukumar.
As the film heads for its release on the 15th of August this year, the makers are actively closing out the theatrical deals.
In a major theatrical deal, the Hindi language theatrical rights of the film were sold to Anil Thadani of AA films for a whopping Rs 200 crores. This is one of the biggest ever deals for a South Indian films in Hindi market.
Anil Thadani is heavily investing in the film and the fact that he has paid Rs 200 crores just for the Hindi theatrical rights in the North Indian belt shows the same. After Pushpa collected 100 crore in Hindi, the stakes are high on the second part to collect over Rs 200 crores.
