The Telugu Desam Party spokesman, Atchannaidu had a very tall claim about the current political trend in Andhra Pradesh. He stated that a total of 40 YCP MLAs are in touch with TDP.
“I’m revealing this in front of the media today. I would like to let you all know that 40 YCP MLAs are in touch with TDP now and they are all ready to join our party if we give them the green signal” Atchannaidu said.
The TDP leader didn’t reveal the names of the key MLAs though. He just mentioned that 40 MLAs are in touch with him over the phone. He says TDP is not ready to bring all 40 of them into the party immediately.
It is known that 4 YCP MLAs cross voted for TDP in the MLC elections that were held recently. Now, Atchannaidu says 40 MLAs are looking at TDP.
