Tollywood saw a clear box office winner this Sankranthi season with Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya which went on a stellar run at the ticket counters across the Telugu states.
Next in line for theatrical debut is a fully of Telugu films, including Michael, Amigos, Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha, Butta Bomma, Sir, and lastly Shaakuntalam.
Of all the said films, the one film with a starry attraction is Shaakuntalam as it can be regarded as Samantha’s comeback film. She is set to aggressively promote the film in the due course.
Samantha factor is the main highlight of Shaakuntalam which is gearing up for release on the 17th of February. Can Samantha set Tollywood box office ablaze with this mythological love drama? We shall see.
