Janasena party’s Shatagni is inviting funds for the party from the fans of Pawan Kalyan and even kept a target of Rs. 100 crores. In the AP assembly elections, Janasena secured 6.8 voting percentage, which means around 20 lakh people of AP voted the party.
On the occasion of Pawan Kalyan’s birthday, Naga Babu urged all the Janasainiks to make sure that they collect Rs. 100 crores as funds, that will be helpful for running the political party. He appreciated those, who reached a good percentage of target already and asked them to work for the funds. He opined that if all those who voted Janasena donates Rs. 500 each, then reaching the target of Rs. 100 crores is not tough.
But in the majority of the cases, except hardcore and loyal fans, not many come forward to shell out money for a political party. The case would have been different, if Pawan makes a movie, where a large section of his fans, will not mind to buy the tickets for any big amount.
Meanwhile, the other party activists in the social media are criticizing Janasena, for troubling the normal public for the funds. But it should be noted that the Glass Tumbler party never forced anyone to donate and only urged to run the party.
