The pre-release event for Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming film, Thank You, took place today in the port city of Vizag. There were no chief guests for the event, and the event was also very crisp compared to many other recent events. The entire crew of the film was present for the event, but most of the cast was absent, barring Naga Chaitanya.
Writer BVS Ravi, director Vikram Kumar, music director Thaman, producer Dil Raju, and Naga Chaitanya spoke on the occasion. Ravi thanked Raju, Vikram, and Chaitanya for making this film a reality. He said that he and producer Raju found no better option than Chaitanya for the film, as they felt that a subject as pure as Thank You had to be told by a pure and tender, and that they found no one as pure and tender as Chaitanya. He also thanked director Vikram Kumar for making this film a beautiful painting, with PC Sreeram being the cinematographer of the film.
Music director Thaman thanked everyone from the film for making such a beautiful film, helping him give the kind of songs and background score he did. Producer Dil Raju said that he has been waiting for this day since Thank You was finalized in his office with Naga Chaitanya. He took the opportunity to thank everyone who has been responsible for him being in the position that he is in today. He also said that Thank You would be released with reasonable ticket prices but didn’t announce the prices.
Naga Chaitanya thanked everyone who came to the event, fans and others alike. He said that everyone who attended the event was his chief guest and that he needed no one else. He said that while he was inspired to be an actor after watching his father and grandfather, it is the love and support he gets from his fans that has been propelling him to love movies more and more and do it with utmost passion.
Thank You is all set to be released on July 22nd and is carrying a good buzz surrounding it. Raashi Khanna, Avika Gor and Malavika Nair are the leading ladies of the film.
