For quite some time now, not everything’s been well between the TRS and the BJP, with things getting only worse after the Dubbaka and Huzurabad by polls, the GHMC elections, and with Etala Rajender joining the BJP. Telangana Chief Minister KCR’s interest in becoming a key player in national politics is also one of the reasons for the growing distance between the BJP and the TRS.
With Prime Minister Narendra Modi all set to address a public meeting at Secunderabad’s Parade Grounds on July 3rd, the TRS came up with an interesting hoarding, with the hashtag of ByeByeModi. Six points were mentioned in the hoarding, stating every minor drawback of the Modi government.
The hoarding wasn’t up for long though, as the cantonment board made sure to take it out as soon as possible. This is going to make the political situation in the state very interesting, by taking things to the next level, as the BJP will definitely respond, and it is expected that the response will be very huge, considering that the PM is about to visit in a few days’ time. It is also expected that the PM himself might comment on the issue.
