Telangana Chief Minister KCR, who shares a good rapport with ESL Narasimhan, had met him today at Raj Bhavan.
The Central government has replaced Narasimhan with Tamilisai Soundararajan as the new governor of Telangana. So the TS CM met Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan and thanked him for his services as the Governor.
After removing Narasimhan from his position, the Centre has not awarded him with any other position. So, KCR is reportedly planning to consider him for the post of TRS party adviser.
As Narasimhan is well aware of the politics in the Telugu states and also shares a good friendship with KCR, his services are expected to be helpful for the growth of TRS. KCR is unwilling to slip him away from Telangana, and so is keen to offer him a post in his party without any delay. So the official confirmation regarding the same, is expected to be out shortly.
On the other side, one of the major reasons for BJP to remove Narasimhan from his post is due to his friendship with KCR. At this point of time, if he joins TRS, it is expected to be a bigger jolt to the BJP, which is anticipating to make it big in the state, by the next elections.
