We already reported that Megastar Chiranjeevi will be meeting Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at the Tadepalli CM camp office on Thursday afternoon. The meeting, which aroused interest among political and film circles, has now concluded, and the star actor revealed the details of the meeting.
Going into details, Chiranjeevi thanked the CM couple for inviting him for a lunch on the occasion of the festival. He said that CM Jagan Mohan Reddy was determined to provide entertainment to the common man, adding that it was good, and said he had explained to the Chief Minister the difficulties of the industry.
The ace actor said the CM had assured that he would think from all sides and take a balanced view and take a decision acceptable to all in favour of the film industry.
Chiranjeevi, on the other hand, said he is confident that GO 35 could be revisited and revised to suit the industry. He said the CM had also responded positively in the case of benefit shows.
In the meantime, the veteran actor advised the industry people to exercise restraint and not even make statements about the state government. Saying that all these issues would come to a full stop soon, Chiru also said he would soon meet the Chief Minister again along with industry elders if necessary.
