The cinema ticket prices issue in Andhra Pradesh is the talk of the town now. Interestingly enough, Telangana cinematography minister, Talasani Srinivas Yadav has spoken about the whole fiasco now.

“Cinema should be seen as a medium of entertainment. We should not attribute caste, religion, or other apprehensions to the film industry. I am aware of the cinema ticket prices issue in Andhra Pradesh. I will speak with AP ministers about the same very soon,” Talasani said.

The TRS minister went on to say that the government of Telangana is doing all it can to encourage the film industry.

“We have permitted ticket prices hike. Increased the number of shows per day. We are ready to provide more sops to the film industry in order to help it resurrect after the devastating Covid outbreak.” Talasani said.
