Nandamuri Balakrishna came up with an interesting speech while speaking at the success meet event of Akhanda today.
“Akhanda is not just a pan-India film. It is a pan-world film. Even today morning I received a WhatsApp message about someone speaking about Akhanda in Pakistan. I am amazed by the reach or film got,” Balakrishna said.
About the ticket prices issue in Andhra Pradesh, Balayya said “Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments should be more considerate about the film industry. The film industry took a beating due to the Covid pandemic. The governments should help us rejuvenate.”
Akhanda now stands as the biggest box office blockbuster in Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu’s careers. The film went on a dream run at the box office despite the mixed reviews.
