South star diva Trisha Krishnan is the latest celeb to get infected with the novel coronavirus. Of late, several actors have tested positive for the deadly virus and the 38-year-old beauty has also been added to the list.
On Friday (January 7), Trisha took to social media to inform that she had tested positive for Coronavirus before New Year. The actress shared a note stating that she is currently recovering.
Her post read, “Despite taking all the precautions and safety measures, I tested positive just a little before the New Year. You name the symptoms, I had it! Even tho it was one of my most harrowing weeks, I am recovering and feel better today, thanks to my vaccinations. I request everyone to do the same and mask up. Hoping to clear my tests and fly back home soon. My heartfelt thanks to the best family and friends I have and for all the prayers (sic).”
On the work front, Trisha Krishnan will be next seen in Mani Ratnam’s highly anticipated period drama Ponniyin Selvan. She is also shooting for her web series Brinda, besides making her comeback to the Malayalam cinema with Ram.
