The makers of Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi starrer Virata Parvam have unveiled a new teaser from the movie. Titled “The Voice Of Ravanna”, the one minute clip looks powerful as it is packed with some intense moments from the film.
Virata Parvam tells the tale of the Naxalite movement which took place in Telangana region in the 1990s. The film showcases how the scenario in the state changed because of the rising movement.
Helmed by director Venu Udugula, the film also stars Priyamani, Naveen Chandra, Nandita Das, Zarina Wahab, Sai Chand and Easwari Rao in pivotal roles. Virata Parvam will revolve around a love story set in the period while also concentrating on politics.
The film is produced by D. Suresh Babu and Sudhakar Cherukuri and it has the music composed by Suresh Bobbili and cinematography has been taken care of by Dani Sanchez-Lopez. The release date of the film is yet to be announced.
