Rao said that his statements at an internal meeting were twisted and advertised wrongly.
On the other hand, the state employees of Andhra Pradesh have been upset with the government for quite some time now, over the fact that the government hasn’t been paying them their salaries, pensions, etc., on time, and because the government hasn’t implemented the PRC yet.
