JC Diwakar Reddy is one among the few leaders, who were anticipated to shift their loyalties from TDP to BJP. But there is no such move from him till date. But going with the comments he made in support of TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu, it can be assumed that he may not leave the party in the near future.
Speaking about the 70-day rule of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the TDP leader said that Navaratnas which the CM promised have turned into Stones in a short time.
“YS Jagan’s senseless decisions are driving the state backwards. His reverse tendering and PPA revamping proposals have already warned severe flak from the center. If this continues for a while, Andhra Pradesh will have to go to polls after two and a half years,” JC said.
In 2014, JC is one of the most influential leaders of TDP. Especially, he was extremely powerful in Ananthapur. But the things took a shocking turn, with the defeat of JC’s family members- Asmith Reddy and Pavan Kumar Reddy, in the recent elections.
