The makers of Varudu Kavalenu organized a gala event last night. It was another one of the promotional campaigns intended to promote the film ahead of its theatrical release – 29th October.
Interestingly enough, Pooja Hegde attended the event as the chief guest. Not often do we see, female stars being invited to movie promotional events. The makers of Varudu Kavalenu have set a new precedent in this regard.
Speaking at the event, Pooja said Varudu Kavalenu appears to be an honest and light hearted film. She added that Shaurya has undergone an eminent transformation for the film. She complimented Ritu Varma, saying she looked absolutely gorgeous in the film.
Shaurya said Varudu Kavalenu is a film that is dear to his heart. He says working with team Varudu Kavalenu has been a delightful experience.
Ritu Varma said she doesn’t like to discriminate Lakshmi Sowjanya as a ‘female’ director. “Thanks for presenting my character in such a strong manner,” Ritu said.
