Telugu Desam Party National General Secretary, Nara Lokesh, has lashed out at the YS family, saying that the CBI investigation into the murder of YS Vivekananda Reddy is proof that the blood of Viveka’s murder is on the hands of the family of YS, and no one else. Lokesh lashed out on Jagan particularly and said that it is shameful to see that Jagan could be bought for crores of rupees, which is why he never wanted any investigation to be done into Viveka’s murder case.
Lokesh said that the YS family has a history of factionism behind them and that it is also known for attacks, land grabbing and various other such activities, and it is no wonder that they were up to something like this as well, for their own benefit. Lokesh said that it was wrong of the YSRCP and its affiliated media to put an axe in Chadnrababu’s hands and propagate Viveka’s murder to be his doing. He said that the axe was in fact, in the hands of the members of the YS family.
On the other hand, Vivekananda was murdered at his home in Pulivendula on March 14th, 2019, and the CBI has been investigating the case at a rapid speed for the past 68 days. They came through a breakthrough a few days ago, when they interrogated Devi Reddy Shankar Reddy, the state secretary of Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy, who is said to have given out vital information. It is now to be seen what more will be known.
