To defeat a persona politically, robbing the person of Ministerial posts and dismissing the person from the Assembly is just now enough. This is the exact thing that’s happening with Etela Rajender and Telangana Chief Minister KCR. He dismissed Etela from the Assembly and stopped him of all his posts. However, KCR knows that that’s not enough to defeat Etela at Huzurabad.
Etela has been contesting from Huzurabad for decades now, and it’s difficult for KCR to walk into Huzurabad and gain the confidence of the people in that constituency. It takes a lot to achieve that, and that’s exactly what KCR is said to be trying to do. The native place of former Prime Minister, PV Narasimha Rao, happens to be a part of the Huzurabad constituency. As a result, KCR is said to be planning to make Huzurabad a district now, and name it after PV Narasimha Rao.
KCR established a total of 33 districts in the state, post which the way the state developed has changed entirely. He promised two new districts for Telangana during the last general elections, and the President recently approved these two new districts as well. As a result, KCR is planning to promise the people of Huzurbad a new district for their area, by which he plans to gain their confidence.
It is now to be seen if the people of Huzurabad will shift their faith to TRS and KCR, from Etela, or if they will remain loyal to Etela.
